VA - Community service company

HI,

I'm looking to hire a personal VA with a lot of experience working as a VA for USA company/s, to help us with office tasks during EST morning shift.

The company is doing community classes for all ages, in person and online as well.

The job includes reaching out to multiple people offering the services,
Enroll the participants and have ongoing relation with them.
At the same time we need to look out for available teachers set schedules for the classes
invite the participants.
There is also a part of chatting with potential participants on social media, spread flyers etc.

This might start as PT first (20 hours a week) and go up to FT (40 hours a week)

We need someone experienced and very comfortable working over the phone with clients and speak a perfect English (Please apply ONLY if you have a fluent very good level of English)
