JOB OVERVIEW

TrueMaidCleaning is a growing and reputable cleaning service dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning solutions to our valued clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time VA Admin & Cold Calling, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and versatile individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of TrueMaidCleaning and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, scheduling, and outreach, while also contributing to our marketing efforts. This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can quickly learn new software, effectively communicate with clients, and has some sales and office experience.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Sales:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients who have not yet utilized our services.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Operational Support:
Assist in the daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage and maintain the company's calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-ups.
Become proficient in and utilize our scheduling and management software, Housecall Pro, to manage appointments, client information, and service details.

Software:
Utilize Canva to create and update marketing materials and visual content.
Use Basic Excel.

General Administrative Duties:
Any other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Experience in sales and office work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using computer software and technology.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications, specifically Housecall Pro.
Experience with Canva.
Basic Excel Knowledge.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Willing to provide a short video introduction of themselves.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Hours:
Part-time with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
