JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transactional Coordinator, Real Estate who brings technical skills and exudes power and confidence in managing multiple responsibilities. The individual will work with our small team of two licensed realtors. You will be asked to create, update and maintain organizational systems, communicate with clients as our transaction coordinator from start to finish, and become a leader in helping our business scale into a more efficient and effective real estate team. Lead Generation and follow up experience is preferred but not required. This is not merely a job; it is a pivotal role within our operation. General Responsibilities:
• Calendar and email management
• Coordination with agents and clients
• Research and data gathering
• Social media planning and posting
• Contract drafting and listing preparation
• Lead generation and follow up

Detailed Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:
Email communication management
• Document management (webforms, digital signing, etc.)
• Listing preparation and transaction management
• Google Drive cleanup: organizing and file management
• Deal tracking with clients and our brokerage
• Copywriting: listings descriptions, blog posts, etc.
• Organizing business operations

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Dropbox, social platforms, Apple devices
• Proficient in both verbal and written English
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to follow SOPs and self-learn when necessary

Job Type:
• Contract position
• Flexible schedule

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (preferably in Mountain Standard Time)
• Weekends as needed
