Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with expertise in managing transactions and resolving complex title issues. This individual will play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of the closing process, ensuring that every transaction is executed flawlessly and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the real estate transaction process from contract execution to closing.
-Work directly with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to resolve complex title issues such as liens, encumbrances, and ownership discrepancies.
-Conduct thorough title reviews, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
-Maintain organized records of all transaction documents, timelines, and communications.
-Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for transactions.
-Act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal tea
-Coordinate escrow processes, ensuring deposits, document signings, and disbursements are handled efficiently.
-Track and manage key dates in the transaction process, including inspections, financing deadlines, and closing dates.
-Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders on the status of each transaction.
-Assist in identifying and resolving any unexpected issues that arise during the transaction process.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for AT LEAST 2 years.
-Strong understanding of title processes, including identifying and resolving complex title issues.
-Familiarity with title documents such as preliminary title reports, deeds, and settlement statements.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain title issues and solutions to clients and tea
-Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign, Podio).
-High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and deadlines.
-Knowledge of Texas real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
