I am a CEO of 2 successful businesses, and homeschooling mother of 4, all while breastfeeding a baby on-demand. That said, I do not have much time and need a SUPERSTAR VA/OBM to help me grow and scale my companies by taking everything necessary off of my plate.

That said, this is not a role for someone who can't handle a fast-paced environment or gets overwhelmed or anxious. Although I am a calm person, I also do not play around about getting things done in the best way possible. I want this to be a dream job for you too!

If you love checklists, organization, color-coding calendars, double-checking things, project management, supporting a high-level CEO, this will be a great position for you.

I am a Master Herbalist and Medicine Woman, and we help people heal from chronic illnesses holistically for a living.
We have an e-commerce business and an online holistic school.

You are the right fit for this position if:
Can write and speak excellent English
Can take my voice messages and transcribe them into emails, scripts, and blog posts

Handle Customer Onboarding and Success
Keep me up to date on all KPIs
Create and Update SOPs
Manage all team projects
And help me in any way necessary so that I can do the tasks needed to grow the business.

You also have experience with:
Customer Service
Launches
Funnels / Funnel Building
Automations
and are tech savvy

You must also speak and write great English
BA degree preferred but not necessary.
