Plus: Experience with job costing or project-based accounting
Plus: Prior experience in construction or similar industries
Detailed Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks
Prepare and send invoices
Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure timely billing and payments
Generate financial reports as needed
Work Schedule and Holidays:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, but some availability during U.S. business hours is preferred.
Salary:
$5 to $7 per hour, depending on experience.
