Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
-Resolve bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
-Manage team communications and track performance.
-Support hiring and onboarding of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
-Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Monitor KPIs and report progress.
-Assist in scaling and automating processes for business growth.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally in e-commerce.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, or Google Workspace.
