Surgical Coordinator - Orthopedic

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team. This is an important role within our orthopedic company, where you will be responsible for handling patient intake calls, charting, and documenting in Athena EMR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient intake calls
- Chart and document medical information in Athena EMR
- Coordinate surgical schedules and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks related to surgeries


Qualifications:
- Experience with Athena EMR (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the healthcare or orthopedic field is a plus

Surgical Coordinator Lead Evaluation
- This position is also being evaluated for a leadership role, which will involve handling billing and collections for clients.
