Superstar VA/EA Needed to Start ASAP for Long Term Work - Super Organised Person needed - Multiple Hats!

Hi there,

I am looking for a super organised, accurate and hard working person to join our team. We are a marketing agency and I am need of a VA or EA to help me with a variety of work and personal tasks across multiple businesses. So no day is the same and it's a huge opportunity to learn a lot of new skills :)

We are a young, fun, dynamic and growing agency - look forward to potentially welcoming you on board. I am really looking for an all rounder but organisation and a can do attitude must be the biggest skill set.

Full training is provided, but here are some of the main tasks (it's not essential you know how to do this, full training is provided!).
- Setting up slack channels
- Liasing with clients (via slack)
- Google Drive set up for clients
- G Drive organisation internally.
- Setting up domains & email addresses for clients.
- Adding emails to instantly (full instructions provided for everything in this list).
- Basic graphic design (not essential - can use AI in Canva, takes 2 mins...)
- Go High Level set up - again, not essential, full training provided, but it's simple and I have snapshots you can copy.
- Calendar set up for clients.
- Automation knowledge a huge bonus!
- AI knowledge a huge bonus!
- Web development/design a huge bonus but not essential.
- Email management for myself, business and clients.
- Monitoring CRM
- ORGANISATION!!
- Manage social media accounts.
- Random tasks across Marketing agency, Business brokerage, Real Estate co, and clients businesses...

I really am looking for a right hand man or woman... In fact; please state in your application 'Right Hand Person' in your subject line.
