Staff Recruiter / Candidate Assessor / Phone Screener

Requirements:
- Experience in U.S. recruitment
- Experience in Project Management Tools (Asana preferred)
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (RecruiterFlow preferred)
- Excellent verbal English-speaking skills to interact daily with native English-speaking candidates
- Availability to work Monday - Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM USA Central Time
- Quiet area and a presentable backdrop while on camera for Zoom interviews

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize potential candidates by ranking them on set criteria using the online software called RecruiterFlow.
- Conduct quick phone screens for candidates using the online phone software called AirCall to verify qualifying questions.
- Depending on the outcome, schedule Zoom interviews to be conducted by a Senior Recruiter with the potential candidate. You will transition into conducting the Zoom interviews yourself after a period of training.
- Maintain job postings, update candidate statuses, and interact with candidates via phone.
- Assist in other HR-related or clerical tasks as assigned based on workload.
- Other administrative tasks may include onboarding, offboarding, and project management in Asana.

Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM USA Central Time

Salary:
$5 - $7/hr, paid weekly via WISE
