Your Role: Special Projects Coordinator
As the backbone of Special Projects while supporting our Client Services Team, you'll be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for exceptional support. This role is perfect for those who excel in a structured, fast-paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and action project-related tasks in Marketing, Recruitment, Operations etc. This includes activities related to social media and email campaigns.
• Support the Business with ad hoc projects, as required
• Maintain precise client records and support our team with organized documentation.
• Embrace our CRM system and MS Office suite to keep our operations smooth.
• Seamlessly manage client and team inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.
• Coordinate appraisal appointments, optimizing resources and scheduling.

You Have:
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not compulsory; equivalent experience is valued.
