Job Summary:
We're in search of an experienced Offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our recruitment company as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist. We are interested in establishing a long-term working relationship as you will play a pivotal role for our growing firm. Your primary responsibilities include list building, avatar identification within our niche, and efficiently organizing tasks. You will be managing initial outreach via LinkedIn and e-mail to both prospective clients and candidates. Additional duties include generating leads, setting appointments, and collaborating with the team to develop effective systems and processes are also crucial aspects of this role. We value initiative and creativity in finding innovative ways to engage with potential leads.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand ideal candidate profiles (avatar).
• Review accounting job applicants and screen for avatar match
• Recommend to the recruiter which candidates are worth screening
• Utilize LinkedIn, Linkedin Recruiter, email, and other communication platforms to initiate contact with prospects.
• Initiate nurturing campaign for quality candidates
• Conduct market research and mapping to identify potential candidates in our niche.
• Develop targeted outreach on LinkedIn to potential candidates.
• Create campaign message sequencing and establish campaign automation using Dripify or Reply.io
• Build and maintain comprehensive lists of qualified prospects within our niche.
• Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit the desired avatar criteria.
• Work with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies to increase response rates.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, suggesting improvements.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant within the US recruitment industry
• Accounting sourcing or recruitment preferred
• Ability to understand and align with our ideal avatar and target market.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing outreach effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and industry-specific terminology (training provided).
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to engage potential leads.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Required Computer Skills:
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Microsoft Office
• MS Teams and Zoom.
• Project management software and CRM systems.
