Solutions Coordinator (home maintenance company)

As the Solutions Coordinator, you'll be the voice of our handyman business. This full-time, dynamic role requires someone who can expertly juggle client communication, master scheduling and software tools, and craft creative marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with the team to streamline processes and ensure exceptional service. We’re a small but ambitious team, and your contributions will play a pivotal role in our growth.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
Master our handyman software (HouseCall Pro, Quick Books) to manage schedules, updates, job completions and book keeping. **Preference given to qualified applicants with HouseCall Pro and handyman company experience**
Make proactive outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and support client relationships.
Assist with scheduling handymen for jobs, optimizing routes, and ensuring time efficiency.
Lead marketing initiatives, including creating social media posts, managing email campaigns, and supporting local advertising efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Monitor and analyze data to improve workflows and service delivery.
Serve as a tech resource for troubleshooting and optimizing software tools.

Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master software platforms like HouseCall Pro.
Highly organized with an eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Creative thinker with experience in or enthusiasm for marketing.
Team player with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is a plus.
High-speed internet and computer for remote work.
