Social Media Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Scheduler to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms. This role requires someone who is skilled in adapting content for different platforms, understands the nuances of each, and can ensure a consistent and high-quality online presence.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish social media posts using tools like Metricool (experience preferred but not required).
- Tailor copy variations for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining brand voice.
- Collaborate with team members via Slack (prior experience is a plus).
- Use ChatGPT to generate and refine social media copy, ensuring it aligns with the strategy and audience preferences.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure all tasks are executed accurately and on time.
- Maintain an organized scheduling system to ensure all content is published without errors.
- Monitor scheduling processes to ensure timeliness and quality of posts.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in ChatGPT or other AI tools for caption creation and refinement.
- Strong understanding of the differences between social media platforms and how to adapt content for each.
- Exceptional attention to detail—this role requires precision and care.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team.
- Familiarity with Metricool and/or Slack is a plus.
