Key Responsibilities
1. Content Management
- Coordinate US-based content posting team
- Ensure consistent content quality across platforms
- Organize and distribute content assets
- Track performance metrics

2. Creative Support
- Create engaging Reels using our templates
- Help with background image generation
- Support basic design modifications
- Research trending songs and content

3. Team Coordination
- Manage communication between global teams
- Track and monitor posting schedules
- Provide support to content creators
- Document processes and results

Schedule (Philippines Time)
- Morning Block: 9am-1pm
- Afternoon Block: 3pm-5pm
- Total: 30 hours/week

Required Skills
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media platforms
- Good eye for visual content
- Reliable internet connection
- Great organizational skills

Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience with Canva
- Background in content creation
- Understanding of viral trends
- Previous team coordination experience
- A backup iPhone for content posting (not necessary)

Compensation
- Php 20,000-26,000/month
- Potential for increased hours and pay
