Job Description:
We need a Social Media Manager who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. As a headhunter, you’ll be on the front lines, using your social media skills to identify, engage, and recruit talented life insurance agents. You will directly message potential agents on various platforms, build relationships, and close the deal. If you have a shark mentality, a high sense of urgency, and are ready to roll up your sleeves and go after your target market, this role is for you.

Own the outreach process — no passive waiting here! You’ll be actively hunting down prospects and initiating conversations with aggressive but professional messaging.
Utilize a high-volume approach to outreach, sending hundreds of personalized DMs daily to qualified prospects.
Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and close leads into joining our network of agents.
Track and manage outreach efforts using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and detailed records.
Work closely with our recruitment and marketing teams to develop strategies that convert prospects into recruits.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media recruitment campaigns and adapt strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to refine outreach tactics and keep your approach fresh and impactful.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar outreach-focused role.
A true headhunter mentality: aggressive, competitive, and relentless when it comes to closing leads.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
Excellent communication skills, especially in direct messaging and cold outreach.
Ability to craft personalized and persuasive messages that drive action.
Experience with CRM tools and social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Ability to manage high volumes of outreach without sacrificing quality.
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Previous experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable with rejection and determined to push through obstacles to meet recruitment goals.
