Social Media Marketing Assistant for Influencer

Are you passionate about social media, aesthetics, and creating engaging content? Do you have experience working with influencers, coaches, or personal brands? I’m looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help me plan, create, and manage content as I rebrand my online presence.

About Me:
I’m a coach and content creator focusing on wellness, entrepreneurship, manifestation, travel, and lifestyle. My goal is to create an aesthetic and value-driven brand that resonates with a high-achieving audience. I need someone who can help bring my vision to life and actively grow my presence through engaging content and DM outreach.

This could absolutely turn into a full time role if we are a good fit!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Content Organization & Editing – Finding ideas, editing, and posting Reels/TikToks in an aesthetic high-quality style - keep up with the trends and give me ideas to create that are aligned with my brand
- Story Management – Posting daily Instagram stories to keep my audience engaged - I will send you content from my camera on a regular basis
- Aesthetic Curation – Ensuring my feed and content align with my brand vision, must enjoy creating aesthetic visuals - we can also use a B-Roll portfolio to help with this
- DM Lead Generation – Engaging with potential clients and fellow content creators in my DMs
- Content Ideation – Helping me brainstorm and refine content ideas
- Brand Deals (Bonus) – If you have experience securing influencer collaborations and partnerships, that's a plus! I would love to create UGC Content and work with hotels / more fashion brands

Who You Are:
- Love social media and creating/editing content
- Have worked with coaches, influencers, or personal brands before
- Have a strong aesthetic eye and can create visually appealing content
- Familiar with social media growth strategies & deeply engaged with trends and latest IG/TIkTok Updates
- A self-starter who can take my content ideas and execute them seamlessly
- Reliable and effective communicator - must be available when you say you are and no excuses for missing work; honesty is key for our relationship
- C1 / C2 Written English, need amazing english skills for writing captions / text on B-Role Reels

Not Mandatory; but Preferred:
- iPhone User
- Notion User

Nice to Have:
- Know how to shoot aesthetic high-quality Reels & TikToks
- Experience with UGC or Securing Brand Deals / Hotel Stays for influencers
- Notion user with your own content planning dashboard already - super organized planning content thru notion
- Have a passion for wellness, mindset, and entrepreneurship
- Knowledge of CHATGPT For content ideation
