Position: Shopify E-Commerce Manager

As a Shopify E-Commerce Manager at Icy, you'll be responsible for managing all customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and optimizing our online store to increase conversion rates.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee and manage all customer email inquiries, phone calls, and messages with our trademark responsiveness.
- Manage our complete Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Collaborate proactively with our team to identify areas for improving the online shopping experience.
- Implement smart strategies and tactics to increase the conversion rate on our website.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure a responsive, efficient, and positive experience for customers throughout their journey.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align our e-commerce efforts with our business goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on Shopify.
- Exceptional customer service skills, adept at handling customer inquiries professionally.
- A strong track record of significantly improving conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
- Mastery of e-commerce tools and platforms, specifically Shopify.
- Proficiency in analytics to translate customer data into valuable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the online shopping experience.
