The Session Material Coordinator works closely with the Program Designers to support the design of content for our amazing clients and ensure the programs we deliver to our clients meet world class expectations. This includes supporting and contributing to the design of new and existing programs, ensuring all materials are consistent with the ViRTUS brand and standard Areas of Responsibilities

Wrapping up our client materials with a bow, packaging is the final step in reviewing and
editing our session materials before they are
sent to clients. You have a laser sharp
attention to detail, adore consistency, and know how to dot i’s and cross t’s in your sleep.
Review and proof content for “packaging”, including creating PDF forms and reviewing
all session materials for flow and inconsistencies. This includes catching and fixing visual design variations from our templates, noticing inconsistencies in content, catching typos, and making our final materials look oh so polished.
Communicate session pre work, materials and venue needs to Project Manager and Project Coordinator Creating
surveys in SurveyMonkey that our clients’ session participants will fill out
at the end of each session.

Manage your packaging calendar to maintain 1 week buffer between when a session is packaged and when it is delivered to a client. Support client work with presentation design, survey creation, theming, toolkit creation and other activities as required. Understand our most delivered sessions thoroughly, including what pre work, materials, room set up and other details are required for each.
