Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Department Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations within our Service Department using ServiceTitan. This full-time role will be responsible for managing job costs, inputting and updating data, handling accounts receivable, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. This position offers the potential for growth into a managerial role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage ServiceTitan software to track, schedule, and manage jobs.
Input and maintain accurate data within ServiceTitan.
Oversee accounts receivable through ServiceTitan, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Monitor and manage job costs, ensuring profitability on each service job.
Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner to maintain smooth department operations.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and job cost management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Reliable internet connection and access to great Wi-Fi.
Full-time availability.
Proficient in writing, speaking and reading English.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company, with an interest in advancing into a managerial position as the company continues to expand.
