Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Legacy Alarm, an authorized dealer of Brinks Home Security in California, is seeking a Senior Virtual Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from the Philippines while contributing to our nationwide growth across the United States.

Our dedicated team ensures that homeowners across nearly every state receive the best protection and peace of mind. As we expand, we're looking for talented individuals to help drive our success.

The primary focus at this moment in time is on Southern California, though you will occasionally speak with customers from other areas who come through marketing efforts unintentionally.

****Key Responsibilities:****

- Sales Excellence: Manage and convert inbound leads from various channels including calls, texts, emails, and lead forms generated through online advertising.
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored security solutions.
- Data Management: Handle sensitive customer information with utmost confidentiality and accuracy using multiple software platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technicians to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Process Improvement: Utilize tools like GoHighLevel, FillQuick, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and ClickUp to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

****Requirements:****

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably with experience selling to American customers and understanding American culture and sales processes.

Language Skills: Exceptional English proficiency (C2 level) with clear communication and minimal accent to effectively interact with clients.

Technical Skills: Experience with GoHighLevel is a significant advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and task management software like ClickUp is preferred.

Availability: Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM PST to 7 PM PST, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Attributes: Highly self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive data responsibly.

****Preferred Qualifications:****

- Prior experience with Brinks Home Security or similar home security services. (NOT REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
