Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will be responsible for comprehensive administrative support, calendar management, and operational coordination for multiple executives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, and ensuring executives are prepared for all appointments
2. Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring quick access to critical documents and information
3. Handle sensitive communications with internal teams, external partners, and high-profile clients
4. Coordinate tea
5. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on initiatives
6. Manage multiple inbox communications and prioritize urgent matters appropriately
7. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for administrative processes
8. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
9. Track and follow up on action items fro
10. Manage special projects as assigned by the executive team
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
3. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
6. Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
7. Experience with calendar management for multiple executives
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with project management software (

4. Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
