As part of our vision, our executive is working on an exciting book project focusing on gourmet cuisine and beverages as alternatives to wine. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant who is eager to make a significant impact, help manage diverse tasks, and grow with the company in the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
Book Project (70%)
Conduct in-depth research on gourmet foods and beverages, curating alternatives to wines.
Summarize research findings into clear, actionable insights and organized materials.
Listen to relevant podcasts and compile key takeaways and summaries for the book.
Create structured dossiers and summaries on companies, topics, and trends.
Assist in promoting the book by managing social media posts (LinkedIn), scheduling calls, and coordinating outreach efforts with LinkedIn leads.
Administrative Support

Draft and respond to
Organize and prioritize incoming
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule meetings with LinkedIn leads and other contacts, understanding their needs and objectives.
Maintain a calendar for appointments, book promotion activities, and angel investor discussions.
Angel Investor Support:
Conduct initial due diligence on individuals and companies approaching the executive.
Prepare detailed reports, keeping the executive’s best interests in mind.
Social Media & Marketing
Research and create engaging LinkedIn posts to promote the book and connect with a professional audience.
Manage online advertising campaigns on Instagram and
Interact professionally with the audience on LinkedIn and other platforms to build engagement and promote the executive's thought leadership.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in research tools such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, and general AI tools.
Ability to research and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
Strong writing skills to prepare professional documents, summaries, and social media content.
Communication Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Communicate comfortably via phone and video calls with LinkedIn contacts and other professionals.
Experience & Traits
Prior experience managing inboxes and drafting correspondence for high-level executives.
Strong organizational and research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise summaries.
Experience dealing with angel investors and conducting basic due diligence is a plus.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to long-term goals.
Interest in the food and beverage industry and a passion for supporting creative projects.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of social media management, including online advertising on Instagram and
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
