Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Secretary to assist with transcribing and drafting
Key Responsibilities:
-Transcribe and draft clear, professional
-Format and proofread outgoing
-Organize and maintain
-Assist with basic correspondence tracking and follow-ups
-Occasionally support client communication or scheduling when needed
Qualifications:
-Excellent command of written English
-Fast and accurate transcription skills
-Strong attention to detail and grammar
-Ability to understand context and adjust tone accordingly
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple drafts
-Proficient in using
-Experience in customer service is a plus
-Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, or CRM systems
-Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
