Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Secretary to assist with transcribing and drafting emails based on voice notes or verbal instructions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent writing skills, a keen ear for transcription, and a strong sense of professionalism in written communication. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, as the role may occasionally involve responding to basic client inquiries or coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
-Transcribe and draft clear, professional emails from voice notes or verbal instructions
-Format and proofread outgoing emails for grammar, tone, and clarity
-Organize and maintain email drafts and templates
-Assist with basic correspondence tracking and follow-ups
-Occasionally support client communication or scheduling when needed

Qualifications:
-Excellent command of written English
-Fast and accurate transcription skills
-Strong attention to detail and grammar
-Ability to understand context and adjust tone accordingly
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple drafts
-Proficient in using email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and transcription tools
-Experience in customer service is a plus
-Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, or CRM systems
-Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
