JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry: Accurately input data into our systems with attention to detail.

• Order Management: Handle the entering and receiving of orders, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

• Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, including invoicing and tracking expenses, using Zoho Books.

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage stock using Zoho Inventory tools.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative role.

• Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
