Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible Scheduling Manager to join our team remotely. This role is essential to ensuring that our field operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule site visits for our field technicians.
Issue Resolution: Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed if delays or issues arise.
For example: If a technician takes longer than expected at a job, notify clients about the delay and reschedule remaining jobs for the day if necessary.
Reassign or reschedule delayed jobs promptly to minimize client inconvenience.
Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp to inform them of any changes or updates to their scheduled visits.
Technician Support: Stay in constant contact with field technicians to provide support and real-time schedule adjustments.
Maintain Records: Ensure that schedules, changes, and communications are accurately documented and up to date.
Requirements:

Availability: Full-time, 100% availability during Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, half day Friday).
Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
Phone Skills: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and effectively, even in challenging situations.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and scheduling tools (training provided if needed).
Organized Personality: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without missing deadlines or details.
Flexibility: An easygoing and adaptable personality to handle last-minute changes with a positive attitude.
