Sales and Outreach Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Job Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) specializing in sales and outreach to help drive growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, excellent at communication, and thrives without the need for micromanagement. If you have a passion for sales, digital marketing, and are confident in your ability to generate new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and direct outreach, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients, clearly communicating our agency’s services and value proposition.

Execute strategic email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.

Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively reach out and engage with potential leads.

Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-up actions.

Manage and follow up with leads, scheduling calls and appointments.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and messaging.

Continuously improve outreach techniques by analyzing data and adapting to feedback.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Prior experience in cold calling, email marketing, and direct sales outreach.

Ability to work independently and effectively during American time zone business hours.

Proven track record of driving sales or generating qualified leads.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services.

Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.

Proactive mindset, taking initiative without needing constant supervision.
