Role Overview:
The Sales and Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by acquiring new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company growth targets
- Create compelling marketing and sales collateral to support business development efforts
- Source, vet, and onboard candidates for our clients' projects
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact to successful project implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- As the company grows, build and lead a team of sales professionals

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BPO or professional services industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials and sales presentations
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools

Compensation:
- Hourly base rate
- Commission on new clients closed
