Sales Person (With Real Estate Experience in Australia )

We are seeking an experienced and driven salesperson to help secure rental and sales appraisals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate appraisal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients and prospects to secure rental and sales appraisals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice on property appraisals.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of working with our agency and close appraisal deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on rentals and property appraisals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals over the phone and via email.
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads.
