What you’ll be doing
1. Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize emails, and handle travel arrangements. Draft, review, and send communications while ensuring everything is prepped and ready for meetings.
2. Marketing Coordination: Assist in developing and executing campaigns, creating marketing materials, and supporting sales with lead generation and client outreach.
3. Data & Insights: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
4. Digital & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, contribute to content creation, and support email marketing efforts.
5. Client & Internal Support: Help organize client meetings and assist with internal initiatives to keep things running seamlessly.

What we’re looking for
