Sales Development Representative

We're looking for an SDR/Outreach Manager for our Digital Marketing Agency, Vulcan Digital!

As our Outreach Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation and CRM management. You’ll help us build a strong sales pipeline by taking care of the technical aspects of outreach, ensuring our lead-generation system is running smoothly, and ensuring that we’re delivering results every day. Your problem-solving skills and technical aptitude will be essential in keeping everything running and making adjustments when needed.

Your Day-to-Day:

Cold Email Management: Set up leads for cold email campaigns, ensuring emails are sent at the correct volume, tracking responses, and booking meetings into calendars.

CRM Management: Keep track of lead data and manage ongoing outreach efforts through CRM systems.

Technical Troubleshooting: Ensure that all technical aspects of cold email outreach (such as email deliverability, DNS settings) are functioning properly and resolve any issues as they arise.

LinkedIn Management: Manage LinkedIn content and inboxing to support lead generation efforts.
