Carolina Spotless is a brand-new, rapidly expanding cleaning business dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a truly refreshed feeling in every space we clean. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company poised for explosive growth. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and "always-on" environment where your contributions will have a direct and significant impact. Your daily responsibilities would include:

Sales (50%):
• Handling inbound calls from warm leads generated through Google Local Service Ads, turning inquiries into bookings with your exceptional phone skills and persuasive approach.

• Conducting outbound cold calls to secure new business from commercial clients (dentist offices, Airbnbs, real estate, etc.) and post-construction clean-up projects.

• Masterfully handling objections and closing deals.

Administration (50%):
• Managing bookings and scheduling using Go High Level, BookingKoala, and OpenPhone.

• Finding and coordinating cleaning providers for each scheduled job.

• Communicating with cleaning providers to ensure they are prepared for each assignment.

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Contributing to the development of a company handbook to document processes and procedures.


To qualify for the position, you will need:
• 3-4 years of experience in phone sales, B2B sales, and appointment setting.

• A proven track record of success in converting leads into sales, particularly over the phone.

• Exceptional objection-handling skills.

• Experience with Go High Level (or experience with CRM's with automation) (training provided for BookingKoala and OpenPhone)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A professional, friendly, and articulate phone manner with a native-like American accent.


Desired technical skills and experience:
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus!

Work schedule and holidays:

• This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST.

• Some flexibility in the schedule may be available and can be discussed during the interview.

• Weekend work may be required.

• Holidays and paid time off will be discussed during the interview.


Salary:

$400/month, plus commission, with raises as the business scales. We want to pay you more, and your performance will help us get there!


Perks and benefits:

• 5% commission on every outbound sale. With the potential for large commercial contracts (ranging from $200 to $6,000), your commission earnings can add up quickly! You could potentially earn a whole month's salary from one sale!

• Extensive mentoring and training from the owner.

As Carolina Spotless grows, we anticipate the need for additional office staff. Your role as one of our early team members positions you as a top candidate for future management positions. We plan to re-evaluate salaries every six months, providing opportunities for raises based on performance and company growth.
