Your responsibilities include:

Appointment Scheduling and Follow-Up:
>Arrange and manage both in-person and virtual appointments for the client, providing timely reminders
>Organize follow-ups with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and relationship-building


Meeting Documentation:
>Take detailed and relevant notes during meetings, capturing key points and action items for future reference


File and Document Organization:
>Maintain accurate and organized files related to projects, clients, and subcontractors


Subcontractor Coordination:
>Oversee subcontractor onboarding, including managing agreement signings, insurance verification, and project folder updates
>Process subcontractor draw requests, ensuring proper documentation and filing


CRM and Data Maintenance:
>Regularly update the CRM with accurate lead and client information
>Aggregate data into spreadsheets and opportunity trackers, ensuring data accuracy for effective reporting and analysis


Lead Follow-Up and Relationship Nurturing:
>Conduct ongoing follow-up with leads to foster relationships and maintain engagement with clients


Social Media Posting and Updates (nice-to-have):
>Support posting on social media channels and updating the website as needed, aligning with current client campaigns and branding


Advanced Responsibilities/Growth Opportunity:
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
>Conduct cold outreach to a targeted list of 6,000 contractors in Arizona, aiming to transition cold leads into warm prospects
>Schedule initial meetings and assess client needs, including understanding current processes and setting goals


Proposal and Value Proposition Development:
.Create and deliver proposals that effectively communicate service value and address client-specific needs and objectives
