We’re looking for an organised and proactive Virtual Assistant who is a master of admin, project management, and accounts, with a knack for using Microsoft Office tools. Bonus points if you’ve got some marketing experience in your toolkit!
The Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the glue that keeps our operations running smoothly. From managing projects to keeping accounts in check, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency and organisation across the board. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease will make you an indispensable part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, organise meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Project Management: Coordinate and track projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage financial records.
- Microsoft Suite Mastery: Create and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams using Microsoft Teams and other tools.
- Marketing Support (Bonus): Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media scheduling,
About You
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
