We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in client management, appointment setting, and live event support. If you have a knack for organization, excel in communication, and are comfortable engaging with clients through phone,
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Manage and organize the sales pipeline to ensure clients are moving through the process smoothly.
• Confirm and remind clients about scheduled appointments, following up as needed.
• Assist in the execution of live events, including engagement with registrants and confirming their attendance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales pipeline management software
• Proven experience in client management, appointment setting, or similar roles
• Can work standard U.S. business

HOURS:
This position requires alignment with US business hours. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
