Our client is revolutionizing the job search experience and seeking a highly skilled Reverse Recruiter to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in reshaping how job seekers approach their career journey. As a Reverse Recruiter, you will actively engage with job seekers to understand their unique professional profiles, aspirations, and preferences, and leverage this insight to identify and secure tailored opportunities that align with their career goals. Your expertise will empower candidates by transforming the traditional job search into a personalized, results-driven experience.
This is a remote position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT.
Key Responsibilities
Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with job seekers, acting as their advocate and guiding them throughout their career search.
Opportunity Identification: Utilize your understanding of candidates' skills, goals, and aspirations to proactively match them with job opportunities that align with their objectives.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of job opportunities, ensuring candidates have access to relevant and high-quality positions.
Job Post Evaluation: Assess job postings to ensure they align with the candidate’s career aspirations and meet the necessary criteria for success.
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for job seekers, providing continuous guidance and support as they navigate the job search process.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets related to job postings, applications processed, and other key performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and development.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine passion for connecting with others and supporting their career development.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on using software tools to enhance productivity and manage candidate data.
Results-Driven: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas, showing your commitment to delivering results.
Recruiting Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of the job market and hiring trends.
