Advanced Amazon Ads is a dynamic and innovative book marketing digital agency committed to delivering top-tier marketing solutions for nonfiction authors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Research & Client Communication Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Research & Client Communication Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams. You will conduct thorough research, maintain organized records, coordinate with various stakeholders, and handle client communications with the highest level of professionalism. Your role will be vital in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently and our clients are well-informed and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain strong relationships through
- Research: Conduct comprehensive research to support client projects and internal needs, including influencer research and outreach, client coordination, and team communication.
- Organization & Coordination: Manage project timelines, coordinate between internal teams and clients, and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and research findings, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Organizational Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Research Proficiency: Experience in conducting thorough and accurate research, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Client-Focused: A strong client-service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, CRM systems).
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in a marketing, publishing, or digital agency environment.
