Remote Sales Closer | Warm Leads | EST-Friendly Hours

We are looking for a confident Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying clients for our Inbox Organization/Management Service. You'll take over leads from our Lead Generation VA, engage potential clients, and guide them to our sales page to complete their purchase.

This is a remote, base + commission role, with a flexible schedule that aligns with evening U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities
? Take over warm leads from our VA and engage via DMs, email, and phone.
? Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and position our service.
? Handle objections and close the deal with confidence.
? Direct clients to our sales conversion page to complete payment.
? Track lead status and follow up with unpaid leads as needed.
? Maintain clear communication with the team via WhatsApp.

What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience in sales closing (DM & phone closing preferred).
? Strong English communication skills (clear speech & strong written skills).
? Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
? Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
? Experience using Calendly, CRM tools, and messaging platforms.
? Must be available during 4 PM - 12 AM EST (or earlier if possible) | 5 AM - 1 PM Philippine time

Compensation (Base + Commission!)
Base Pay: $5 per hour (minimum 15 hours/week).
Commission: 2-5% per closed deal.
Expected Monthly Earnings: $1,000 - $3,000+ based on performance.
