About Us:
I'm Nick, an online entrepreneur who has been working remotely for the past seven years. I help people build successful remote careers and grow their businesses using marketing, systems, automation, and AI. As my brand and projects grow, I’m looking for a smart, reliable, and resourceful General Virtual Assistant to support me with a wide range of business and personal tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and manage reminders
Handle email inboxes, messages, and day-to-day communication

Support personal tasks like travel planning, bills, and online orders
Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Upload content to platforms and organize files
Help improve internal systems, workflows, and AI tool integration

Excellent written and spoken English
Proactive and solution-oriented — you take initiative, not just tasks
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Comfortable exploring and using AI tools to improve productivity
Great communicator who follows through without micromanagement
Comfortable supporting both business operations and personal admin
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience working with remote entrepreneurs or online coaches
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, or similar
Knowledge of platforms like ClickUp, Google Docs, Canva, Zapier, Notion, ManyChat, or Slack
Exposure to content scheduling, automation tools, or marketing funnels
