Real estate Property Manager

Martin and Co Sales and Lettings agents are in Rochdale, close to Manchester, England. We are looking for a Residential Lettings/Property Manager VA to assist our growing business.
We have 3 offices around Manchester and the business is growing. We provide all clients with a highly professional, efficient, and friendly service.
We are looking for an intelligent and highly organised colleague who is a quick learner who we will help hone and develop their skills within the real estate industry. The role will include, but is not limited to:
• Keeping the property software database updated
• Carrying out tenancy application processes
• Communicating effectively by telephone, email and in person with colleagues, clients, tenants, and contractors
• Carrying out rent reviews
• Organising property repairs and renewals
• Ensuring all compliance certificates are organised, completed and logged ain a timely manner
• Ensuring that all associated administration tasks are completed in accordance with company policy and processes.

Our ideal candidate will be preferred to:
• Have previous experience within the real estate lettings industry either short term or long term, although we are able to provide training to a candidate who possesses suitable attributes.
• Have a real estate qualification or be willing to complete a foundation level letting qualification.
• Be able to manage their time efficiently/be well organised.
• Be a team player, yet also comfortable/confident working on their own.
• Be focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Be honest, diligent and hard working
• Have outstanding written and verbal English
• Use Time proof
• Have excellent Broadband
