**Job Description: Real Estate Admin Assistant**

**Position Summary:**
Being an Admin Assistant for our teaUpgrade to see actual infoans managing every real estate transaction from start to finish. This role requires MLS experience, CRM management, document handling, and acting as the primary point of contact for all parties involved.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Transaction Management:**
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Track contract deadlines and follow up proactively.
- Prepare and send offers, contracts, and disclosures.
- Update MLS, CRM, Skyslope, and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Handle post-closing tasks like requesting reviews and retention marketing.

**Administrative Duties:**
- Learn and utilize real estate software to manage documents.
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries about listings.
- Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and contractors.
- Manage Google Calendar and book appointments.
- Schedule showings and coordinate with buyers/agents.
- Sit in on meetings and ensure weekly goals are met.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Real estate admin experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus).
- Highly organized, strong communicator, and problem solver.
- Able to work weekends and answer calls as needed.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and take on new challenges.

**Compensation & Growth:**
- **Part-time role:** $240/month starting pay.
- **Hourly Rate:** $3-$4 per hour plus $100 bonus per closed deal.
- **Deal Potential:** I currently close 1-2 deals per month, aiming to double with strong support.
- **Long-term potential:** More hours and a full-time position available as you grow with the company.
