???? Property Management | Real Estate & Construction Virtual Assistant | Admin Support

Job Description:

I am a builder-developer specializing in build-to-rent properties, managing our rentals in-house to ensure the highest standards. Our top priority is creating high-quality, stylish homes that stand out in the market. Equally important, we value a peaceful, efficient work environment, allowing us to operate smoothly and effectively. With these foundations in place, we focus on maximizing ROI, ensuring long-term success for our projects.

I’m looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help with property management, real estate research, administrative tasks, and construction business support. The ideal candidate should have real estate experience, strong communication skills, and available to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

? Property Management & Tenant Communication
• List properties. Schedule and coordinate property showings.
• Communicate with potential and existing tenants.
• Manage lease agreements, rent collection follow-ups, and tenant inquiries.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.

? Real Estate Research & Acquisition
• Identify and research potential properties for investment.
• Conduct market research

? Administrative & Business Support
• Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document management.
• Schedule meetings, and set reminders.

? Construction Business Assistance
• Research materials, assist project manager.
• Keep track of project deadlines and budget updates.

? Social Media & Online Presence
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Post property listings, market rental properties, and engage with followers.
• Assist with content creation (graphics, captions, and promotions).

Requirements:

???? Experience in real estate, property management. Construction support is a plus.
???? Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
???? Familiarity with real estate platforms (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
???? Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and task management tools
???? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
???? Availability for at least 20 hours per week. Flexible but must be prompt with responses to rental ads.
