Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Operations Manager with a proven track record in real estate investment operations. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our day-to-day processes, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and driving overall business efficiency. If you have a passion for single-family homes and land transactions, and the expertise to streamline operations, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and optimize the full operational workflow, from lead generation to closing transactions.
-Collaborate with Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Transaction Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and efficiency.
-Implement and manage CRM systems for tracking leads, property data, and deal flow.
-Lead and mentor teams to maximize productivity and ensure that all roles are functioning at full capacity.
-Continuously analyze and improve operational processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing profitability.
-Ensure compliance with all state and local real estate laws and regulations.
-Manage project timelines, ensuring all deals are processed and closed within targeted timeframes.
-Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Extensive experience in real estate operations, preferably in single-family homes or land acquisitions.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of driving operational excellence.
-Expertise in CRM systems, data management, and process optimization.
-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Thorough understanding of Texas real estate market and investment strategies.
