We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and team-driven Listing Operations Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team in house located in Sherman Oaks, California. This role is essential in supporting our Listing Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of all listing-related tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is eager to contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling and accurate property descriptions for upcoming listings.
- Input, manage, and maintain data in spreadsheets for listings and internal tracking.
- Assist in ordering and coordinating marketing materials such as flyers, signs, and brochures.
- Communicate with real estate agents on our team to ensure listing details are accurate and complete.
- Support the Listing Operations Manager with additional tasks as needed.
- Help with general office duties and provide support where necessary.

- Experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
