Responsibilities:
Organize, track, and maintain an up-to-date lead database.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads as directed.
Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between agents and clients.
Generate and distribute reports on lead status and progress.
Assist with CRM system updates and ensure data accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or administrative work is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
