> 2+ years experience with Executive Assistant role

Administrative Support
>Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on your behalf. Flag important emails for your attention.
>Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and personal events. Resolve scheduling conflicts.
>Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
>Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
>Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Customer and Client Relations
>Customer Inquiries: Assist with responding to client emails or inquiries when needed.
>CRM Updates: Maintain and update customer details in your internal dashboard or CRM system.
>Customer Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks, projects, or feedback.
Operations Support
>Task Delegation: Assign tasks in Asana (or your preferred project management tool) to relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
>Process Oversight: Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are being met.
>Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and partners for ongoing projects or services.
Reporting and Data Management
>KPI Tracking: Compile and analyze performance metrics (e.g., efficiency, quality, and customer experience) for your review.
>Weekly/Monthly Reports: Summarize key data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
>Financial Record Keeping: Monitor expense reports, credit card transactions, and payroll summaries.
Marketing Assistance
>Content Proofreading: Review marketing materials, such as flyers, emails, and website content.
>Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and posting content, responding to messages, and tracking engagement metrics.
>Affiliate Program Support: Track affiliate program progress and communicate with participants.
Project Management
>Project Coordination: Oversee specific initiatives or projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are on track.
>Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
>Research: Conduct market research or gather information to support business decisions.
Personal Support
>Personal Scheduling: Coordinate family and personal appointments, such as doctor visits or school events. Travel
>Gift and Event Planning: Research and arrange gifts, plan events, or book activities for personal occasions.
>Personal Finance Assistance: Track personal expenses or assist with financial planning tasks.
>Internal Team Coordination
Team Communication: Act as a point of contact for your team to relay messages or coordinate meetings.
>Special Projects
>Software Implementation: Assist with rolling out new tools like Twilio or project management updates.
>Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in operational workflows.
>Client Feedback: Gather and organize customer feedback for product or service improvements.

MUST BE Proficient in:
>ASANA
>Google sheets or Excel
>Gmail
>C2 Level English Proficiency
