JOB OVERVIEW

As a Promotional Product Assistant, you will support the promotional products team in creating and managing branded items that enhance the visibility and reputation of our clients. Your role involves assisting with product selection, order processing, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Selection and Research:
Assist in sourcing and selecting promotional products that align with client branding and marketing objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new product trends and suppliers.
Prepare product samples and assist in evaluating quality and suitability.
2. Order Processing and Coordination:
Process orders from start to finish, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle product customization requests and ensure accurate representation of client specifications.
3. Client Communication and Support:
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
Assist in preparing and presenting product proposals and quotes.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
4. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and client interactions.
Prepare reports on product sales, inventory levels, and client feedback.
Assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed.
5. Project Management:
Support project managers in coordinating promotional campaigns and events.
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
Help develop marketing materials and promotional content to showcase products.
Assist in creating and executing promotional strategies to drive sales.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM
software
- Experience in Project Management or Administrative roles is a PLUS
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
