We are an Ecommerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.

We are looking to grow our team by hiring a Project Manager/ Executive Assistant.
You will be directly assisting the CEO. We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.
This position demands a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic individual who can manage both daily tasks , long-term projects effectively as well as being fluent in English.



Responsibilities:

Daily Planning: Establish and maintain a daily planning routine to optimize the CEO’s schedule and ensure efficient time management.

Strategic Planning: Assist in setting up and maintaining monthly and long-term planning systems to align with the company’s goals.

Team WorkFlow Planning: Work with Team on daily and weekly calls to plan out each department workflow, ensure that the team has workload and tasks utilized efficiently.

Goal Setting: Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop and set strategic objectives, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company’s vision.

General Admin: Work with all departments to ensure SOPs, Drive and reports are formatted accordingly.

Task Management: Proactively push tasks to ensure they are completed within deadlines. Utilize tools such as ClickUp to manage and oversee all company to-dos.

Project Oversight: Hire and onboard freelancers and contractors as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.

Software Proficiency: Maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects and tasks within ClickUp, ensuring that project statuses are updated and stakeholders are informed of progress.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Work on necessary projects to improve company efficiency and productivity.

Insights and Analytics: Use Google Sheet, Google Apps Script and AI Assistant Tools to analyze the company’s business insights (Profitability, ROI and etc).


Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management or as an executive assistant.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Language Requirements (English Skills, German would be a plus) .

- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient in using project management software, specifically ClickUp.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with both internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external contractors.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and utilize AI Tools to work efficiently and effectively.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
