We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to join our team in a long-term, permanent role. This position requires strong project management skills, process analysis expertise, and a solid understanding of CRM systems to ensure seamless operations and execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Support Staff Meeting Management – Prepare agendas, track next steps, manage follow-ups, lead weekly marketing and support staff meetings, and update KPI reports.
CRM Evaluation & Renewal Planning – Track renewal and cancellation deadlines, assess system functionality with CRM sales reps, conduct process alignment meetings, and research alternative solutions for a comprehensive comparison report.
Operational Execution of Strategic Initiatives – Oversee the implementation of key strategic plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
SOP Management (Pending Budget Review) – Review, update, and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train staff for operational consistency.

Candidate Requirements:
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business process improvement
Strong understanding of process analysis and workflow development
Experience working with CRM systems and evaluating software solutions
Proficiency in L
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
