Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time Zone
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant VA to support a busy business owner and their family. The ideal candidate will possess a heart of service, demonstrating empathy, care, and a proactive attitude toward alleviating burdens and managing day-to-day tasks. This role is pivotal in helping streamline both personal and professional aspects of life, ensuring the smooth running of various operations.

***Responsibilities:***
-Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and prioritizing tasks.
-Assist with organizing personal and family commitments, including appointments, reminders, and other essential activities.
-Manage communication across various platforms, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
-Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth business operations.
-Help manage household logistics, such as coordinating with vendors or handling basic personal shopping tasks.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Take initiative to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-focused support.
-Keep personal and professional affairs organized and running efficiently.

***Qualifications:***
-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Virtual Assistant (VA) preferred.
-Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-A proactive, empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to serve and make life easier for others.
-Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
-Tech-savvy, with proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and task management systems.
